Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance or custom-designed hats are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@upstateclothing.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
